The scientific committee invites you to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations for the EU2Cure HIV Symposium to be held on 20-23 September 2026 in Ghent.
The deadline for abstract submission is July 8 – 12AM, 2026.
You will be notified of poster acceptance by July 17, 2026.
Please send abstracts as a PDF and Word file document to Karen Vervisch – karen.vervisch@uzgent.be by July 8.
Posters will be presented on Monday, September 21, and a jury will score all posters for the best poster prizes in three categories: virology, immunology and cure research.
The winner in each category will receive a €500 money prize.
Submission guidelines:
– The abstract must be submitted in English only
– The abstract can have a maximum of 350 words (excluding pictures, abstract title and authors)

Scientific poster presenters should note the following times:

Any scientific poster not picked up by 13.00 on Wednesday 23 September will be removed.
Poster presentations
Poster presentations will take place in the foyer. Scientific posters are displayed for the duration of the symposium.
From 12.40 – 13.55 on Monday 21 September, presenters are asked to be at their scientific poster.
