The scientific committee invites you to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations for the EU2Cure HIV Symposium, which will be held from 20-23 September 2026 in Ghent.
The deadline for abstract submission is July 8, 2026 at 12:00 AM.
Authors will be notified of poster acceptance by July 17, 2026.
Please send abstracts as both a PDF and Word file document to Karen Vervisch – karen.vervisch@uzgent.be by July 8, 2026.
Posters will be presented on Monday, September 21.
The 10 highest-ranked abstracts will receive free registration to the symposium.
A jury will score all posters and oral poster presentations and select the best posters across all submissions.
The winner will receive a cash prize.
Submission guidelines:
– Abstract must be submitted in English only
– The abstract can have a maximum of 350 words (excluding pictures, abstract title and authors)
– The abstract should be written in Calibri, 11pt
– Please submit both a PDF and a Word file
Poster installation and dismantling
Please ensure your poster does not exceed 90 cm wide and 150 cm high (portrait orientation).

Poster presentations
Poster presentations will take place in the foyer. Scientific posters will be displayed for the duration of the symposium.
